Housekeeping

High quality housekeeping is at the heart of our business. Your guests will expect a high standard of housekeeping and we aim to match and exceed guest expectations. We can also provide housekeeping for empty home properties to ensure that they are taken care of and kept clean whilst not in use, or regular monthly deep cleans, we ensure your property remains pristine.

We spend a lot of time investing in recruiting, training and retention of our housekeeping team.

One way in which we do this is our very own Keys in Our Hands Academy, ensuring all of our housekeeping team are all trained to the same high standards.

We provide hotel quality linen for your guests. Guests who stay longer than 8 nights are provided with a weekly linen change as part of their stay. This allows us to keep an eye on your property condition throughout the stay.
